Cosmo Synthetic Paper for labels application and food packaging
Cosmo Synthetic Paper has been used recently by a leading multinational food packaging corporation as a substrate for liner-less labels for meat trays application. It is also being used as an insert label for food packaging. The customer was earlier using a laminated paper and was looking for a more durable option to improve repeated usability of the label, thereby increasing the product shelf life. Our non tearable paper became the preferred choice of substrate for their requirements. Our substrate (150 microns both sides coated product) is printed first through UV Flexography process and then through Thermal Transfer printing for barcode labeling and product identification. It can also be converted into self-adhesive form based on the customer requirements.
